Don't Look Now are a four piece Indie Pop band from Windsor in Berkshire, England, with a distinctly English flavour, blending upbeat melodic tunes & catchy lyrics with a wry sense of humour, in the style of Madness, Blur, The Smiths, Squeeze, The Divine Comedy & The Beautiful South.
They have recently been into the Studio to record a 3 track EP entitled, Never let the Truth get in the way of a good story. The title track is all about the seedy world of tabloid journalism & the artistic licence & spin that is frequently employed to make their stories more interesting.
Gigging regularly in the south east of England, Don't Look Now put on a thoroughly entertaining live show, playing a mix of original tunes & popular covers, that keep audiences on their feet & send them home knowing they've had a fantastic evening’s entertainment.
They have played twice at the Theatre Royal in Windsor, including the final of Windsor’s got talent & at several summer festivals in Maidenhead, Reading & Basingstoke.
Don’t Look Now are Martin Montague on Lead Vocals & Guitar, Adrian Thomas on Drums, Jez Hawthorn on Bass & recent recruit Malcolm Corden on Sax & Clarinet.
